Frequently asked

How long after paying do I get my key?

As soon as the bank confirms, the key appears on the payment page - usually within a minute. It is also emailed to the address you entered, as your copy.

How many machines can one key run on?

Two. Same key, same catalogue - you do not copy the asset library across to the second machine by hand.

When the licence expires, do I lose what I downloaded?

No. What you downloaded stays on your machine and keeps working. Expiry only stops new assets arriving.

How do I get my key back if I lose it?

Go to Find my licence key and enter the email you bought with. A new key reaches your inbox, keeping the same expiry date and the same activated machines.

Will I be charged automatically each month?

No. Payment is a QR bank transfer, no card is stored, and nothing renews itself. To carry on, you buy again yourself.
