In force from 22 August 2026. Provider: MoExtension, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
This English text is provided for your convenience. The Vietnamese version at moextension.com/terms is the governing text; where the two differ, the Vietnamese wording prevails.
This document is an agreement between you (the Customer) and MoExtension, Ho Chi Minh City, the provider of the MoLib software through moextension.com (we, us), governing your purchase and use of the software licence and the asset library that comes with it.
You are treated as having read and accepted these terms in full at the earlier of two moments: when you start the trial, or when you complete payment for a paid plan. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not activate and do not pay.
MoLib is a CEP extension that runs inside Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, together with a library of editing assets: presets, transitions, overlays, elements, kinetic typography and sound effects.
You buy the right to use the software and the library on the terms below. You do not buy ownership, you do not buy source code, and you receive no intellectual property rights in the software or the assets.
We do not auto-renew any plan and we do not store your card details - bank transfer is currently the only payment method.
Each licence key activates on up to 2 computers. Opening both After Effects and Premiere Pro on the same computer uses one slot only, because slots are counted per machine, not per application.
When you change computers, you remove the old machine from the key yourself inside the panel; you do not need to contact support. Removing a machine frees the activation slot; it does not extend the licence period and does not reset the trial.
The trial is granted once per computer and runs for 15 days. The timing is held on our servers, so uninstalling, clearing local data or changing your system clock does not grant trial time again.
After 15 days the panel is not fully disabled: features and assets in the free tier keep working; everything in the paid tier stops until you activate a key.
You may: use the assets in your own or your clients' finished work - video, film, advertising, social media content, broadcast - including commercially, with no limit on the number of projects and no additional royalty per broadcast.
You may not:
The line is this: you sell what you make with the assets, not the assets themselves.
Payment is by bank transfer via QR code. The transfer note must keep the order code generated by the payment page intact; reconciliation relies on that order code inside the transfer note, and the amount must match the plan you chose.
When both conditions match, the licence key is issued automatically: it appears on the payment page you have open, and is sent in parallel to the email address you registered. You do not need to keep the tab open waiting for the email.
A transfer with the wrong note, too little or too much money is not cancelled; it moves to manual reconciliation. We handle those within 24 working hours and get back to you at the email address you used. If you have transferred and no key has arrived after that window, contact us with the order code and the time of the transfer - do not transfer a second time.
The 15-day full-feature trial exists so that you can evaluate the product before paying. For that reason, paid plans are non-refundable once the licence key has been issued and activated.
We issue a full refund in these cases:
Send refund requests to our support email with the order code. Money is returned to the same account it came from.
We may add, change or remove individual assets in the library, and we may change the panel's interface or features. We do not remove assets from your computer: whatever you have downloaded stays on your own disk.
If we discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days notice by email to your registered address and keep a download route open for every asset in your plan during that period.
Adobe may change their extension platform in ways outside our control. That situation is not covered by the refunds in section 8, but we will say plainly what the position is rather than go quiet.
MoExtension provides the MoLib software and the whole asset library that comes with it. The limits in section 6 apply to the entire library.
Adobe, After Effects and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc. MoExtension is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Adobe; those product names are used only to describe accurately the environment this software runs in.
The product is provided "as is". We test it on the Adobe versions listed in our system requirements, but we do not warrant compatibility with every machine configuration, every Adobe build, or every future release.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of this agreement does not exceed the amount you actually paid for the licence in the 12 months immediately before the claim arose.
That limit does not apply to liabilities which the law does not allow to be excluded.
You are responsible for backing up your own projects. We recommend saving your project before applying presets to work in progress.
We may revoke a licence key where there is evidence that it has been shared, offered for sale, or used to extract and redistribute assets. Before revoking, we notify you at your registered email and give you 7 days to respond, except where the key is being distributed publicly.
A key revoked for breach is not refunded. If it later turns out the revocation was a mistake, we restore the key and compensate you for the time lost.
We may amend this document. For changes that reduce your rights, we give at least 30 days notice by email to your registered address. A licence you have already bought continues to be governed by the version of the terms in force at the time of purchase, until it expires.
This agreement is governed by the law of Vietnam. In the event of a dispute, both sides will first try to settle it by email through our support address within 30 days. If no agreement is reached, the matter is resolved by the court having jurisdiction under Vietnamese law.
